OUR Coaches And Counselors

We use a variety of Therapuetic Strategies.  Examples of the variety of areas we have worked, specialized in, or have trained in includes but is not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Couples Therapy (BCT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), System Dynamics, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Strategies & Techniques, Talk Therapy, Gottman and Chapman's Relationship Skill Building & many other Couples Strategies, Relapse Prevention and 12-step support, Couples/Family Support & Addiction Support, Dual Diagnosis, Adjustment Issues, Grief work & many more strategies.

Contracted providers are independently licensed  or a supervised post master clinician working toward licensure hours with different skill sets and extensive experience  within their chosen area of practice. Providers independently contract with most insurances companies to meet client needs in the local area.

We try our best to accommodate new clients with a high rate of success but a low-turnover of clients.
